About Me

    For over 30 years Mr. Princi has successfully, professionally, and cost-effectively represented a variety of clients, including individuals, insurance companies, and businesses of all sizes.  He has developed expertise in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business formation, contract disputes, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapters 93A and 176D, and real estate law.

    Mr. Princi prides himself on personal service either through office or home appointments, as is most convenient to the client, and always discusses the fee structure for handling cases to allow clients, particularly business clients, to have full knowledge prior to making legal decisions.

    Professional Activities:  Mr. Princi was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1975.  He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

    Personal/Community Activities:  Mr. Princi is, or has, served as President of the Board of Directors of Beverly Bootstraps Food Pantry, Inc., Scoutmaster of Troop 35, Hamilton MA, Clerk of the North Shore Business Forum, a member of the YoungLife Committee, crew member of the historic Gloucester fishing schooner Adventure, and has been a volunteer blood/platelet donor since 1968 (10 gallons).

    Education:  Mr. Princi holds a BS from Northeastern University, Boston MA and received a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
